Weight Lost

You've tried countless of diets. You lose some, you gain more. You exercises, but you gain more. Somehow all the diets that works on others doesn't work on you. What did you do wrong?

Sounds familiar? I was one of the above. I dieted, I exercised, I count calories, I ate like a bird but I steadily gaining weight, packing nearly 30 kilograms (66 pounds for you Americans :) ) I was at lost. On May, after not having my menses for 5 months and feeling something hard in my stomach, I went to clinic and get an ultrasound. The result? I have poly cystic ovary syndrome or pcos. Through online articles, I found that PCOS is treatable, or at least lessen  with less carbs. The first three month, I lost 10 kg (22 lbs), even though I still pig out with carbs at times. My menses are back, my skin is clearer and I feel great. And that, without even exercising much, except walking on treadmill for 30 minutes.

I've made a list on articles that I wrote, you could check it out. I'm planning to add more workable diets here too. And try to see it as lifestyle change, not just diets to lose weight, but maintain for life.
